By selecting an online Course or Training, you agree to pay Securityskool the one-time and/or monthly or installment based fee for the course or training you opted. We thank you for the purchase you made with us. We always try to ensure that our content users should have a rewarding experience while they discover information, access, and purchase our online training or courses.
How does Refund Policy work?
At Securityskool, we greatly value the trust of our users. Our Courses or Training are designed to deliver an effective learning experience and have helped over millions of people to find their professional journey. We refund the amount of the user in the following conditions.
Cancellation & Refunds
In case you are not happy with the training, or the support provided, please inform the same to us before the end of day 1 of the training by sending a request.to trainings@securityskool.com The Refund Amount will be processed within 30 days of receipt of complaint or confirmation and any request later day 1 WILL NOT BE entertained. So, please abide by this condition and make us aware if you found any disruption.
In the case of Self-paced courses / Subscription of Mile2, Comptia there will be no refund. The no-refund policy is applicable if anytime found that the course content or videos that you have paid for, has been shared with any others/multiple users. If the intention behind the purchase is to copy the content or material, then the user’s access will be blocked immediately. In such case, no refund of the course fee will be entertained.
Moreover, any training material/content provided to you must be returned to claim the money-back guarantee. For any further discussion regarding the claim of refund, please mail us on the above mail id support@securityskool.com or contact on the given phone numbers or on the given WhatsApp number. Refunds
Once your return/request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
