The cyber security talent crunch has led to an estimated 3.5 million unfilled positions globally in 2025. The majority of CISOs around the world are worried about the cybersecurity skills gap, with 58 percent of CISOs believing the problem of not having an expert cyber staff will worsen. Why INQUBATE?
If a college student asked me what career would most assure 50 years of steady, well-paying employment, I would say cybersecurity. The growth is steep, the need will be sustained, and this need currently comes up against a major talent shortage.
The InQubate program is highly customizable and can be applied to freshers as well as experienced professionals. As much as possible, we strive to ensure rural inclusion and gender diversity in the fabric of this program, and so far, we have successfully completed 5 batches of InQubates, to cater to our own internal requirements as well as the requirements of some of our prestigious customers.
We take pride in contributing our bit this way, to address the demand-supply gap in the cyber security skills. What makes us even more proud is to witness the glorious smiles on the faces of our InQubates, who have had an opportunity to be part of this program, notwithstanding the fact that she/he had the upbringing in a typical Indian rural village and just made it to a nearby professional college for a B-Tech or MCA course.
